We shortened the path to your first campaign
The hardest part for new users was the initial setup: add a source first, or recipients, or a sender? Pulse now walks you through a Getting Started guide on first login and tracks your progress.
When you open an e-mail marketing tool for the first time you see ten menu items and none of them says "do this first". That is exactly where time-to-first-campaign was being lost.
Getting Started guide
Users who have not finished setup are taken straight to the Getting Started page on first login. The guide shows four steps in order: add a source site, build a recipient list, prepare e-mail content and define a sending address. The progress bar fills as each step completes, and once you dismiss the guide it stays dismissed.
Landing page
On the public site the language switcher now uses flag icons instead of text, so the active language is obvious at a glance. Section headings, plan cards and the mobile layout were refreshed as well.
